Hello, my name is Daniel Williams. I am a partner in THM Property Maintenance with an automotive technician and entrepreneur background. I have a mindset and determination that anything is possible with practice and attention to detail. As a family man, I prioritize my family, children, friends, business, and health. I am very passionate about the work I do and the business we have created, aiming to provide a professional, fun, and safe work environment for everyone. We always put our customers and their needs at the top of our priority list because a happy customer is one who will return. From the beginning, I've said that I am here to build relationships and a business that will last lifetimes. We are not just here for one job or sale. For fun, I love taking simple adventures and spending time with my family here in Rochester.

Hello, my name is PJ Leccese. I am a partner with Danny here at THM in Rochester. I hold a degree in Business Management and have a strong passion for business finance. Over the years, I have ventured into several different businesses and have also worked in a domestic violence shelter for many years. I believe that taking care of your family, including my two beautiful kids, along with friends and employees, with hard work, honesty, and compassion, is the recipe for success in life. With a family-oriented mindset, we treat each of our customers like family and strive to provide them with the best customer service possible. This is our motto at THM.
